I have a property and need a roommate.

My roommate Sharon and I are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Bell Meadowmont (https://www.bellapartmentliving.com/nc/chapel-hill/bell-meadowmont/index.aspx) . We are both 4th year medical students at UNC and have lived in the townhouse all of med school but our third roommate moved to DC so we need to fill her room. You would have your own bedroom but share a bathroom. Lease is now through July 7, 2019 (with the option to renew past that). Rent is $740/month not including utilities (utilities: electric, water, trash, and internet, are about ~$70 per person each month). We are both neat (especially in the common areas), do not smoke, and have two friendly cats. Besides the available room, the apartment is completely furnished! We have a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is plenty of parking in the complex. Meadowmont is a nice neighborhood with a business office with study rooms (free printing!), a pool, outdoor grills, outdoor fireplaces, a gym, and a dog park. Easy access to UNC by V bus (or to the Friday Center routes- FCX and S). If you are interested or would like more information please let me know! My email is dscherme@med.unc.edu.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi, I have a condominium at 710 M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 for $525 a month, and am looking for someone to take over my lease that would be from January to the end of July. There are multiple bus stops within a quarter mile of the condominium and it is within a couple miles from the Student Union. The other tenants would prefer a male roommate, however are open to other options. In general they would like to meet any potential tenant before moving in. They are all involved on campus in various ways (being part of various club sports teams and other groups). The living area is completely furnished, and everything has already been moved out of your potential bedroom on the second floor. I had to move out for financial reasons at the time. Please feel free to contact me here or at my email, chris.reeder20@gmail.com if you're interested!
