I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for someone to share a 2 BR/2 BA unit at Rock Creek Apartments with me. Rent will be around $480 plus utilities. The bus stop is just beyond the complex, and the ride to campus is 10-15 mins. Also, I have a two-year-old SIberian cat. She is very sweet, friendly, and quiet.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi there, my roommate Julie and I are grad students in the School of Public Health. We have a 4BR/4BA unit at University Commons (located on the J and D bus lines, ~10min bus ride to campus, ~5min drive to Southern Village and Weaver Street/Carrboro area) and are looking for two new roommates for the 17'-18' school year. You sign your own lease with the landlord for your own room and bath, with shared living and kitchen space, and washer/dryer in unit. Rent is $400/month + utilities, usually comes out to ~$440/month. Move-in date for one room is August 1st but could be earlier in the summer if needed, and the other room would ideally be on/after August 15th (you'd only pay half month's rent for August). We're both easygoing and friendly. We'll enjoy your company but won't judge you if you decide to spend the entire day in your room watching Netflix. Feel free to message me here or email me jacchang@live.unc.edu if you'd like to chat some more!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am currently looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Chapel Hill. I have lived in my current apartment at Sagebrook for three years and absolutely love it, but my current roommate is leaving. The apartment is 2Bed/2Bath, approximately 950 sq. ft. in a quiet neighborhood off Sage road, rent is approximately 480/month plus 120/month utilities (on average). Closest bus lines that run right by the apartment are the D and CL that run every 20 - 30 mins (great for those winter months when you don't want to do a lot of walking). The living room is completely furnished but the open bedroom is unfurnished. About me, I am relatively easy going but busy with graduate school, so I'm not home that often. I also like to run and Crossfit when I'm not working, so these also keep me busy. I am looking for a roommate who is mature, responsible, preferably female, and is a student or employed locally. The apartment complex has a unique mix of younger families and graduate students, so parties aren't a problem but I do not mind guests or gatherings. The new lease begins July 1, but we can negotiate a move-in date that's later if necessary (my current roommate is willing to stay for an additional month if required). Please contact me at dami01@live.unc.edu if you are interested.

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hey, I'm a mature, 24-year-old undergrad that transferred to Chapel Hill from Appalachian State in order to finish up my degree. I'm looking for a roommate in order to open leasing options around Chapel Hill. I have high standards of living, but that doesn't mean I want to spend $900/month for a room, let's be reasonable. I'm shooting for a place $400-$600/month either including or excluding utilities. I want it to be a nice place, with good bang for the buck. I will not live in a dump. Also, it will be preferably close to campus!

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi! I am an incoming PhD student in the BBSP program hoping to specialize in microbiology. I am looking for between 1-4 roommates to create a welcoming, fun home environment. I work really hard during the week and will mostly be in the lab M-F, but I am looking for roommates that are other graduate students, want to be friends in addition to roommates and want to kick it from time to time with house dinners, trivia nights, beer tasting, hiking and the like. Grad school is tough so it's nice to have roommates to come back to who are going through the same and support wanting to let off some steam. I'm down to live coed in a 3 or 4 bedroom apt/house and would love a mix of different grad programs! preferably no animals, but I am up for discussion. My thought is to pay between $600-750 including rent and utilities. I am coming out to NC in two weeks to check out places so hit me up if you are interested and I can give you more details about myself so we can see if we are a good match. I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi! I am a recent college graduate who has started to work at UNC Chapel Hill in the Finance Department. I am looking for someone to find a place to stay with over the summer (or longer if need be). I am looking for a professional female who is clean, well-mattered, and considerate. Preferably someone who does not party or drink regularly. I am a professional female who is calm and down to earth. I do not drink or party, and I am not rumbustious. I love animals, especially cats, so if you have a pet, that is absolutely okay. I would like to live near UNC Chapel Hill in a safe environment. I am willingly to spend $700 max on rent individually for a 2 bed, 1 or 2 bath apartment. Please feel free to contact me if you see this post and relate to my request.
