I need a roommate with a property.

I am an incoming law student who is looking for a roommate, preferably with a property or who would want to sign a lease together. I am rather neat, especially in common spaces. I like to run, bike, and cook. In my free time, I enjoy going out and trying new restaurants or bars. I don't have any pets, but I am allergic to cats so I can't live with one. I don't know if I am going to have a car yet, so I'd like to live as close to a bus stop as possible.

I need a roommate with a property.

I am a 4th year medical student from Louisiana, and I am doing a 1-month rotation in surgery at UNC from 9/24-10/19. I am looking to sublease a furnished room somewhere close by to the med center, preferably walking distance but no more than a 15-minute drive away. I will barely be there because I'll be at the hospital pretty much the whole time. I'm also very clean, and I enjoy baking in whatever spare time I have.

Hello everyone! My name is Sina and I am a transfer student looking for a roommate for this upcoming year. I have been looking at Carolina Apartments, which would be $841 per month for the both of us excluding utilities. I am also open to looking at other apartments in a similar budget. I am super clean, I sleep early, and I am easy to get along with! You can contact me at: (980)333-7261 or sinas@live.unc.edu

I need a roommate with a property.

Hi everyone! I'm a rising 4th year PhD student in the genetics department. My current lease expires on September 26th, so I'm hoping to find a new place to live for a September 1st start date. I'm open to finding a new place with a roommate, or moving in with someone who has an existing lease. A little about me: I'm deep in the throes of dissertation research, so I'll likely be a huge workaholic for the next year or so. When I'm not working, I like to cook, knit, work out, read, and watch trashy TV. I consider myself a pretty tidy person and tend to keep a consistent schedule. I'm an only child, so I often keep to myself/spend time in my room to recharge -- but I'm always open to grab a beer or dinner with a roommate. I'm a cis woman, but have no preferences for gender. I would prefer to live somewhere in Chapel Hill/Durham (i.e., a manageable distance from campus) and have a <$650 budget for rent and utilities. I don't have much in the way of shared-space furniture, but own a ton of kitchen appliances, equipment, dishware, cookware, etc. I'm also hoping to get a cat in the near future, so it'd be nice to find a cat-friendly apartment and roommate. Please contact me if you're interested in finding an apartment or are looking for a new tenant: adelaidetovar@gmail.com -- I look forward to hearing from you :)

I need a roommate with a property.

Hi! I am moving to Chapel Hill area (from Maine) on September first. I am twenty six and have degrees in english education and art. I will be working for a non-profit and at a horse farm outside of town. I may be traveling to Uganda for a few weeks in the winter but will need to stay on a lease until next summer. I am clean and love going out on the weekends! I also love to read, workout, play music, and adventure outside! I don't have any pets (besides a horse!) but would love to house with some. Feel free to e-mail me! Alexa.Perkins@maine.edu

I need a roommate with a property.

I am transfer student from Wilmington looking for a chill roommate this fall near the UNC campus. I have a Catahoula leopard dog thats friendly and terrified of flies. I'm pretty quiet because I'm focussed on school and work but I occasionally go out. Smoker or not, as long as you do it outside I'm cool with it. I love Archeology and I enjoy hiking or any sort of adventure! I'm looking for anything that gives me a private bathroom and space to roam with my dog friend. I'm very open minded so don't think we need to be exactly alike to get along. All I ask is that shared spaces be kept neat and tidy. It's slim pickins out here so I don't really have a preference on gender, but don't hit on me (ain't nobody go time for that). You can reach me at brekkerz@gmail.com:) *Please enjoy the slideshow of your future roomie and all his adventures

I need a roommate with a property.

Hi y'all! I am a 27-year-old young professional moving from Texas to start a new opportunity at College Advising Corps in Chapel Hill. My budget is going to range from $500-$650 per month, including utilities. I have a warm and welcoming personality. I am a very laid back roommate, and I would like to find someone who has the same nature. We don't have to hang out all the time, but I wouldn't mind having dinner together or going out on the weekends. I love going to sporting events (especially baseball), adventuring outdoors, and trying out new restaurants. As much as I am extroverted, I really don't mind staying in, watching movies, and bumming on the couch. I am a clean person, and I do not smoke. I love pets BUT I would prefer not to live with them at this time. I would ideally like to find a female roommate, but if you are a cool male, I would be willing to get to know you and see if I am comfortable enough to be roomies. I am looking to move into a place the last week of July so I am settled before my job starts on August 1. I will be visiting Chapel Hill from Friday, July 13 to Tuesday, July 19, so hopefully, we are able to meet and see if we would be a good fit. If you think we would be a good fit, please email me at kimburdi@gmail.com and I'll give you my number so we can connect :)

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am a fifth year graduate student in the Math department. I am looking for a roommate to fill a 2 person apartment in Chapel Hill/Carrboro. I would like to match up with someone before signing the lease, but may sign alease before to ensure I have a good home. The rent will end up being between $1000 and $1300 per month total and the utilities will probably be around $75 per person per month. A little about myself: I am 26, have two kittens that will be living with me so hard flooring is a must. I like to relax by watching television, reading books, playing soccer, playing videogames, and going out to Carrboro and Chapel Hill with my friends. I am a pretty clean person and definitely appreciate keeping clean shared spaces.
