I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm looking for someone to take over my 12-month lease which began on 7/29/18. The apartment is rented by the bedroom - this is for 1 bedroom and 1 bath in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Rent is $625/month. All utilities except internet and electric are included. Amenities feature a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, swimming pool, workout room, free parking, and pet friendly. The complex is located right on the J and 405 bus lines, and is just a short biking distance or drive from campus. The roommate is an undergrad student at UNC and is clean, friendly, and easy to live with. The complex is called Collins Crossing. It is safe and management is friendly and easy to work with.

I have a property and need a roommate.

We are looking to fill one bedroom in a three-bedroom furnished townhouse off of Franklin St in Summerfield Crossing. Location is a 10 minute drive to the main part of campus, with two different bus lines within a 3 minute walk. We are two male roommates - one a doctorate student and the other a young professional working at UNC - looking for a clean, friendly roommate of any identity. Must be a non-smoker who is not a huge partier. We like to come home to study or watch TV after a long day, or sometimes have a couple of friends over, so really seeking someone with a similar interest. Unfortunately, due to allergies, we cannot have any pets. Rent is $550 a month, utilities included, with a year lease. Feel free to message me for pictures or questions.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at 408 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd starting in August or September. I was in a bike accident and can't work, so I am looking for a male student or professional who wants to live close to campus affordably. The property is less than a mile from the Pit and has a bus stop right outside the front door. Rent is $487.50, and utilities vary between $80-100. The owner pays the water bill. The property comes with a parking spot, A/C, hardwood floors, gas heat, a microwave, and a fridge. You'll be hard pressed finding a property closer to campus. My roommate has been accommodating and respectful so far, and I'm sure you'll find it easy to get along with him. Contact me with any questions you have!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for a female graduate roommate for 2018-2019 school year. It is a 2bed/2bath apartment at the Pointe at Chapel Hill (one of the safest and cleanest apartments in Chapel Hill. See the link: https://connorgroup.com/apartments-raleigh-durham-nc/pointe-chapel-hill/). The rent would be $550 each per month excluding utilities. -The kitchen was recently renovated so it’s really nice. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a patio off the dining room. -A great pool and gym at the complex. -5 min walk to Timberlyne Shopping Center (shops, restaurants, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, etc.) -There are direct bus lines (T/NS) to and from campus. I am clean, responsible, and studious. Please send me a message if interested! :D

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey everyone, I'm a 4th year medical student looking for a roommate for my house in Southern Village (~10 min drive to campus). On the V and NS busline, NS is very reliable and comes every 10 minutes in the morning. Easy parking at my house as well. Room has a bed and nightstand already but those can be moved. Full access to fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer. Would prefer another female student but am open to anyone. Can rent month to month or for a longer period, start/end dates flexible. Looking for $600 a month, which includes utilities. I have no pets but wouldn't be opposed to them, am a nonsmoker, and will be very busy with rotations and interviews. Please email me at cara_moses@med.unc.edu if interested. Thanks!

I need a roommate with a property.

I am an incoming law student who is looking for a roommate, preferably with a property or who would want to sign a lease together. I am rather neat, especially in common spaces. I like to run, bike, and cook. In my free time, I enjoy going out and trying new restaurants or bars. I don't have any pets, but I am allergic to cats so I can't live with one. I don't know if I am going to have a car yet, so I'd like to live as close to a bus stop as possible.
