I need a roommate to find a property.

Hey! I will be starting grad school at UNC this fall and I'm looking for a roommate. Ideally, I'd like to move in sometime in July or early August and be close to campus or the bus route. I have a wonderful cat (seriously, she's the best) named Cheddar, and I will cover the pet deposit or any fees. She is sweet, quiet, and well trained. I'm relatively quiet and am respectful/clean. I'm focused during the week but during the weekend I like to explore. My usual sleep hours are 11 pm - 8 am, but that varies. I'd like to stay under 800 including utilities. Preferably, I'd love to live with another grad student. If interested, email me at cafarrar@uncg.edu

I need a roommate to find a property.

I am a second year, professional, young 40 year old PhD student in School Psychology. I have am considering renewing my lease - a 2 bedroom apartment in Southpoint that is absolutely gorgeous. Barn door, breakfast bar and large kitchen, modern farmhouse look. Your room is large with a walk-in closet and private deck. There is enough space for a desk, dresser, small sofa set, and TV. Like your own private suite. The house was newly renovated, small space, but perfect for quiet grad students. Rent: $600 plus shared utilities. If this is not ideal, I'm open to looking at other places. I have a small long-haired Chihuahua who is sweet and cuddly-she's fairly quiet and barks only when there is someone at the door.

I need a roommate to find a property.

I'm an incoming first-year grad student, going to be doing a dual MBA/MSPH, but starting my first year in public health at Gillings. I'm pretty easygoing, clean, active, studious, and respectful. I like to exercise a lot and also cook a lot. I like to have fun, but I'm not a big party type, aside from the occasional going out. I much prefer low-key gatherings, like having people over for dinner and movies, or something along those lines. I'm looking for someone to go through the housing search with and to hopefully find a 2BR/2BA apartment within a short distance from Gillings -- I'd love for it to be walking distance, but I'm open to further away as long as there's a good bus route (I'm also potentially interested specifically in Carrboro). I'm most likely looking for an August 1st lease start date (or maybe slightly earlier). I'm looking to have a washer/dryer in the unit, but as long as there's laundry in the building, it's fine. I'd also love to be in a place that has its own gym. I also want a decent kitchen since I like to cook (and bake) a lot -- and I like to share my baked goods, too! I'm probably looking for rent to be $500-800 per person, and I'm hoping to find something with a good parking situation, too. Message me here or at melissa.r.atlas@gmail.com if you have any interest in figuring something out together.

I need a roommate to find a property.

I will be a first year grad student starting fall 2017 at UNC in the Masters of Health Administration program. I am currently looking for a female roommate to find an apartment/house with for the upcoming school term. I will not be ready to move in until mid August but am willing to sign a lease as early as August 1st if necessary. Ideal roommate would be a fellow grad/PhD student around my age (25-30 years) who is fun, easy-going and respectful. I went to UNC for undergrad and know a bit about the surrounding area when it comes to housing...I would prefer to live over on the Carrboro side of campus within biking/walking distance to the School of Public Health but am also open to checking out other areas of town! I consider myself clean and am considerate of others' space and property. I anticipate that my schedule will be pretty busy and I will want to come home to a quiet, relaxed apartment. My typical sleeping hours are about 10pm-6am with the weekends varying. I enjoy a relaxing night in watching Netflix and drinking wine or going out to the local breweries/bars and catching up with friends on the weekends. If I am MIA, you can most likely find me in my room napping during daylight hours. I love to cook, read, travel and stay fit by jogging. I know there are a lot of fellow grads out there looking for roommates for their housing options so if you think we might be a good fit please contact me so we can chat further!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Due to a lease overlap, I'm subletting my bedroom in a 4-bedroom house in Carrboro. 2 rooms downstairs bedrooms are also available. Perfect for Summer Session 2, or if you're new to the area and would like a home base while you search for a home! Price is negotiable, around $500 for a month. If you wanted to move in mid-June, price would be prorated. Room can be unfurnished or partially furnished! The room is on the second floor and is very large and sunny. Feels very private and shares a bathroom with one roommate, a graduate student living in the house with her sweet, small dog. House has a washer/dryer and central air. Nice porch off the kitchen is great to hang out on in the evenings! Location is a huge plus - it's only a 5 minute walk to Harris Teeter & Weaver Street Market, close to Open Eye, Steel String and all the other great restaurants, coffee shops and bars in downtown Carrboro. Close to Wilson Park and great wooded trails for walks or runs. On the F bus route and a short walk to the CW or J buses. Please let me know if you have any questions! I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment in Carrboro! The apartment is 2 bedrooms/1 bath and $600/month, with utilities generally running about $70 and the lease beginning July 1, 2017. The apartment is privately owned and the landlady is incredibly friendly and quick to resolve nay maintenance issues that arise. I'm a PhD student originally from Colorado and when I'm not reading, writing, or grading, I'm experimenting in the kitchen or exploring the various cafes in Carrboro or the walking paths. I'm fairly clean, especially in communal spaces and generally quiet though always ready to chat over a cup of tea! Please message me or e-mail me (msreif@live.unc.edu) if you're interested in hearing more. If you're in the area, we can figure out a time for you to see the apartment in person, but if you're out of town, we can do a virtual tour via Skype.

The common area is tile and the bedrooms are laminate flooring. The lease begins June 1, 2017 and you can move in on June 5, 2017 (the landlord cleans the apartment in the time between). The lease ends in May 2018. No pets allowed. Girls only, please. Link to website with floor plan http://www.howellstreet.com/
