I have a property and need a roommate.

We are two graduate students at UNC looking for another graduate student for our house at 418 South Greensboro Street. The available room is for $540 a month. Utilities not included, but a washer and dryer are. The room is decent sized and has a built-in closet. The house itself has a back and front yard, with free parking. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The house is a short walk to campus, close to the major bus-lines, a 5 minute walk to Weaver Street, and a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter. Message me for more details.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 4 BR/2 BATH house from July 2017 to June 2018 (move in date is flexible) as I am moving out of state. About the room & roommates: Decent size room with built-in closet (~130 sqft not including the closet space). The room is unfurnished, but the common areas of the house are. There is a backyard and we have a grilling station & other equipment to organize a small party. Other roommates are friendly, clean, and respectful Ph.D. students (2 male, 1 female). We sometimes play board games together and go out for occasional dinner whenever time permits. About the house: Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Parking is free. Walking distance to campus (~1.3 mile/20 mins). Located close to West Franklin, West Rosemary, and Downtown Carrboro (all ~0.5mile/8min walk) in a safe neighborhood. Rent: $312/month + utilities (~$50-60 per month). Message me here or directly contact one of the current roommates - David at 717-265-3010 for more details.

I have a property and need a roommate.

The perfect apartment for a graduate student or young professional in the Chapel Hill / Carrboro area. Just three blocks away from Weaver street and on the J bus line, this apartment complex is located in downtown Carrboro, just off of Jones Ferry Road - all your favorite bars, restaurants, and taco trucks are just a short walk away! This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, so it is great for anyone looking for their own place, and at $625.50/month, it is very affordable. I will be moving out of the apartment in May to go live in a bigger apartment with my partner, so the sublet will span from May until the end of my lease in September. If the apartment sounds like what you're looking for, feel free to contact me here or at waylinyu@email.unc.edu. Thanks for your consideration!

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hey! I will be starting grad school at UNC this fall and I'm looking for a roommate. Ideally, I'd like to move in sometime in July or early August and be close to campus or the bus route. I have a wonderful cat (seriously, she's the best) named Cheddar, and I will cover the pet deposit or any fees. She is sweet, quiet, and well trained. I'm relatively quiet and am respectful/clean. I'm focused during the week but during the weekend I like to explore. My usual sleep hours are 11 pm - 8 am, but that varies. I'd like to stay under 800 including utilities. Preferably, I'd love to live with another grad student. If interested, email me at cafarrar@uncg.edu

I need a roommate to find a property.

I am a second year, professional, young 40 year old PhD student in School Psychology. I have am considering renewing my lease - a 2 bedroom apartment in Southpoint that is absolutely gorgeous. Barn door, breakfast bar and large kitchen, modern farmhouse look. Your room is large with a walk-in closet and private deck. There is enough space for a desk, dresser, small sofa set, and TV. Like your own private suite. The house was newly renovated, small space, but perfect for quiet grad students. Rent: $600 plus shared utilities. If this is not ideal, I'm open to looking at other places. I have a small long-haired Chihuahua who is sweet and cuddly-she's fairly quiet and barks only when there is someone at the door.
