I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a current grad student studying Public Administration at UNC CH. Currently seeking a new roommate preferably move in July 2017-June 2018 but can move in as early as mid June. I would prefer a grad or professional female student. Move in dates are negotiable. The bedroom that is opening up is the master and it has its own bathroom inside. The rent will be around $650 including water, plus the rest of the utilities which when split are usually around $40 a person. I do have a pet in the apartment. She is a siamese mix who is 1 year old with lots of energy and is very friendly. If you have a cat that you'd like to bring in that would be wonderful! I do like to go out a fair amount but am considerate about keeping noise down. Roommate must be okay with people coming over to the apartment occasionally. But you have to be cat friendly, because as I said she is very friendly and loves new people. Please let me know if you are interested! You can email me at nattress@live.unc.edu.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a 25-year-old third-year PhD student at UNC and looking for a female roommate without pets for my apartment for the next academic year (least starts July 1, but flexible move-in dates anytime between June 1 and August 1). I was recently accepted at a study abroad program for the next academic year after I had already renewed my lease, so I'm also looking for a subletter for my room starting in August/September, who will most likely be a female international exchange student in need of a furnished room, so you wouldn't actually be living with me (though you would get the benefit of the my common room furniture- kitchen table, comfy couch- and kitchen appliances). The apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac half a mile north of the Harris Teeter and CVS off of Greensboro St. in Carrboro, and within walking/biking distance of the numerous cafes and shops downtown. There are hardwood floors in the living room/dining area, as well as a washer and dryer in the bathroom. There's a screened in back porch, a compost bin, and a small fire pit in the backyard. It's a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Carrboro, and the F-line stops within sight of the apartment and goes straight to downtown Chapel Hill and the north side of campus. Many of the neighbors are also graduate students and young professionals in departments from history to psychology to the medical school. The rent is $1200/month in total ($600/person + utilities, which have never been more than $70/person). The apartment is rented through a small company, and the landlady is quick to respond to any maintenance issues that might arise since she has fewer properties to manage. I'm in town this summer, so if you're in the neighborhood, you can check it out in person, or if you're moving to North Carolina, I can give send you some photos (warning: I am not a professional photographer who knows how to capture an entire room in a photo) and give you a virtual tour via Skype! Thanks! Maggie

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi, My name is Liana Gheorma. I'm a soon to be 2nd year PhD student in Psychology. I am looking for a roommate, preferably a female graduate or professional student who is also quiet, busy, not a smoker (I have bad allergies). I am 24 years old (turning 25 in June) and I am originally from Romania but I lived in California for 11 years. I moved to Chapel Hill last summer to start my program. I am an ambivert (I have my moments of being extroverted and talkative, but I also need my peace and quiet). I work a lot, so generally, during the week, I spend my evenings either working some more or reading or watching netflix (always with headphones). During the weekends, either I go out exploring, or stay in and do quiet and calm activities like reading, or watching netflix. My general bed time is 10-1am and I tend to wake up 8am-10am. I also have a tiny hamster (she hangs out in her plastic container which has a lid and it's escape proof). Her name is Professor Hermione. She's a sweetie and most of the time, you forget she exists. I ideally, I would be looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment so that each of us has their own private room and bathroom, in late June/ early July in either Carrboro or Chapel Hill. The ideal rent rage for the whole apartment would be $700-$1300 (i.e. $350-$650 per person). Let me know if you are interested in joining my apartment hunt! I am happy to Skype with anyone interested! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or email me at liana.gheorma@unc.edu Thanks, Liana

I have a property and need a roommate.

I have a 2 BR/ 2 BA apartment at the Crest Apartments in Carrboro and need someone to take over the lease for the summer. It's on the CPX, CW, and CM line, and it's about 3 miles from campus and 1 mile from downtown Carrboro. The complex has laundry facilities, an indoor pool, and a little gym area. You'd be sharing the apartment with a quiet 22 year old female and her two sweet dogs. You'd have your own room, closet, and bathroom; and we have wifi and a TV with roku. It's $380 a month plus utilities (electric heat). Let me know if you want more information or if you want to see pictures!

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi everyone, my name is Selin. I am an incoming PhD student in Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program and I am looking for a roommate to find a 2BD/2BA apartment in preferably Carrboro area. I am planning to move in as early as possible in August but dates can be discussed and prefer to find a place that costs around $800 per person with utilities included. A little bit about me: I will be working hard on week days but when I'm not, I like to be active. I work out regularly, do yoga and kickboxing (that's why a place with a decent gym or close to a gym and pool will help me a lot!) and I also enjoy Latin dances! I am a pretty clean person and like to keep the common places tidy and I'd expect the same from my roommate. I also like to cook and hangout with friends over some drinks, and I don't mind having people over for movie nights/dinner if it's ok for everyone's schedule. If you think we'll be a good match or if you have some questions, you can email me at s.altinok00@gmail.com.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am moving into a new place in August and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Timber Hollow. The rent is $850 with a mandatory utilities package of $125, this includes digital cable with HBO, washer/dryer, valet trash and pest control fee. So it would be a total of $975 + water and electric. My floorplan is the Teakwood without a fireplace includes a patio. The lease would end Sept. 28 but you could renew if you'd like and apply early enough. You would have to apply to Timber Hollow, pass a background check and all that. I am only posting this for a short time before I decide to end my lease early. You can check out the property on the website:http://www.livetimberhollow.com/. I am available to show on weekends.
