I need a roommate with a property.

Hi! My name is Annie and I will be relocating to Chapel Hill in early February. I'm going to be working as a new graduate nurse at UNC. A little about me - I’m 23 years old and will be moving to Chapel Hill with my 2 year old jack russell mix so pets need to be okay! I'm from Michigan and will be moving completely blind! I'm looking for someone who has a place or someone that would like to get a place together. If you are also a new grad nurse that's a huge plus! I'm graduating from Oakland Community College's nursing program in December. I plan on starting a bachelors program in September so I will be in school and working full time. I enjoy exercising, exploring new places, and finding new places to take my little pup to play! I love an occasional weekend out at bars but I also love staying in and watching tv all night! I'm a pretty clean person. I'll always clean up after myself and keep all my stuff organize. I'm a slightly shy person when you first meet me but once I get to know you I'm not! I would love to have a roommate that I could be friends with since I am new to the area, but respecting each other and our space is my main priority. My work schedule will be a combination of days and midnight shifts at the hospital and I will definitely value the time I have to sleep during the day. I I would prefer to stay under $800 including utilities. I look forward to hearing from anyone that thinks we could be a good match!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! I need a roommate to take over my spot in a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house in Carrboro. Rent is $490 a month for the room, and including utilities it is unlikely to ever go above $600 per month. The room is on the first floor with a private bathroom. It's on the CW bus route and close to downtown Carrboro and the farmer's market. The other two roommates are wonderful doctoral students in public health. Let me know if you're interested and I can tell you more / send pictures!

I need a roommate with a property.

I am a female college senior looking for a new place to live. I am in the process of terminating my current lease since the landlord has failed to maintain the property and provide me with a safe place to live. If I win my case and successfully break my lease, I will need to find somewhere else to live quickly. I am 21 years old studying geology/pre-law. I own a small cat. I am looking for other senior or graduate level roommates since I cannot stand living in a noisy environment and need to live with people who respect this. Message me for more questions. I am also possibly looking to take over a lease for a one bedroom unit. I am looking for a lease from now to May/June.

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello! I'm currently looking for a new place for me and my pup, Louie, to live! I'm looking for a place with inexpensive rent (<$600). I currently have a place, but I'm trying to save money, so I'd like to sublet it and move somewhere cheaper. Date is extremely flexible since I'm waiting until I find a place to live before I look for a subletter. I have a full apartment's worth of furniture, so I can furnish the place if you want! About me: I'm a 3rd year computer science graduate student. I'm an extroverted introvert. I'm pretty clean. I'm very chill as a roommate, and I'd prefer someone who is the same. About Louie: He's six years old and hypoallergenic. He usually barks at new people (he has a sad past), but once he gets used to them, he's basically just a really lifelike teddy bear.

I have a property and need a roommate.

This lovely cottage is by our small organic farm; thus we seek tenants who are responsible and mature; trustworthy, very quiet and who appreciate the rural nature of the area. Although we are only seven miles from Chapel Hill, we are off the beaten track. This is not urban living. We offer either ‘'extended stay’’ for those in transition who need a place temporarily or long-term tenancy. Our extended stay lease requires a minimum of three months (county regulation). Option to renew at end of tenancy if both parties agree. Our Barnhouse cottage (1100 sf) comes fully furnished and equipped to provide you with a home away from home. The cottage has two bedrooms: upstairs has a queen-sized bed, a large bath, and a great deck to view amazing sunsets. Open kitchen and spacious living and dining area. The large downstairs room has an OUTSIDE entrance only. It has been used as second bedroom, office, exercise room and studio. Central HVAC. WD on premises. Please note that this dwelling is not a modern condo in downtown Chapel Hill. It is by our small organic farm. The cottage is furnished with many vintage items, very comfortable with really good energy. Maximum THREE people. No smoking inside or out. Prefer no pets (we have plenty of our own). ~ Extended stay (minimum of three months): $1300 + utilities/internet. ~ Long-term: $1200 + utilities/internet. ~ Water and septic included. ~ Security deposit required. ~ Non-negotiable. ~ Two credit references required (credit report for one is preferable). ~ We do background checks All you need to move in are your clothes, linens and food. Serious inquiries only -- please tell us about yourself, what you do, number of people and time frame.

I need a roommate with a property.

I am looking for a (preferably female) student to take over my lease starting September 2018 through July 2019. It is a 2bed/2bath apartment at the Pointe at Chapel Hill (one of the safest and cleanest apartments in Chapel Hill. See the link: https://connorgroup.com/apartments-raleigh-durham-nc/pointe-chapel-hill/). The rent would be $550 each per month excluding utilities. -The kitchen was recently renovated so it’s really nice. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a patio off the dining room. -A great pool and gym at the complex. -5 min walk to Timberlyne Shopping Center (shops, restaurants, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, etc.) -There are direct bus lines (T/NS) to and from campus. You'll have a very respectful, clean, responsible, and studious roommate. Please send me a message if interested! :D
