I have a property and need a roommate.

My roommate Sharon and I are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Meadowmont (https://www.bellapartmentliving.com/nc/chapel-hill/bell-meadowmont/index.aspx) . We are both 4th year medical students at UNC and have lived in the townhouse all of med school but our third roommate moved to DC so we need to fill her room. You would have your own bedroom but share a bathroom. Lease is now through July 7, 2019. Rent is $740/month not including utilities (utilities: electric, water, and internet, are about ~$80 per person each month). We are both neat (especially in the common areas), do not smoke, and have two friendly cats. Besides the available room, the apartment is completely furnished! If you are interested or would like more information please let me know! My email is dscherme@med.unc.edu.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am purchasing a condo and need to find a new roommate for our 3BR 2BA apartment in Southern Village. The two roommates are a very nice/clean medical student (male) and a public health student (female). The room that is available shares a bathroom with the public health student. The apartment is very nice (http://www.southernvillageapts.com/gallery.asp) and a short ~10 min bus ride to campus. Pool and small gym are available at the leasing office, and Southern Village has several nice restaurants, movie theater, parks, running trails, etc just up the street. Rent is approximately $600/month, this price includes utilities (water, electric, internet, washer/dryer rental). There is a one-time $150 application fee. The sublease can start in late November, December, or early January. Please contact if interested!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! My name is Alyssa and I'm a third year PhD student in the School of Public Health. Unfortunately, my international roommate isn't able to come to UNC this semester because of a visa delay, so I am looking for a female roommate to take over her lease from October-May. My place is an end-unit condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a spacious deck! The common areas (kitchen and living room) are fully furnished so you would only need to furnish your bedroom and bathroom. We're located right off the Libba Cotten bikeway that connects downtown Carrboro to campus, so it's a quick (and safe) trip to just about anywhere. Our neighborhood has cookouts about once a month and the landlord is lovely. I've lived here for two years and can't imagine living anywhere else! No pets, unfortunately. Rent is $600/month plus utilities/wifi. Personally, I am pretty quiet and like to keep things clean, but love to host a good dinner party or brunch every now and then. Outside of school I’m into running, hiking, and cooking. Please respond to this message if you’re interested or email me at agrube@ad.unc.edu. Thanks!

I need a roommate with a property.

I am a female college senior looking for a new place to live. I am in the process of terminating my current lease since the landlord has failed to maintain the property and provide me with a safe place to live. If I win my case and successfully break my lease, I will need to find somewhere else to live quickly. I am 21 years old studying geology/pre-law. I own a small cat. I am looking for other senior or graduate level roommates since I cannot stand living in a noisy environment and need to live with people who respect this. Message me for more questions. I am also possibly looking to take over a lease for a one bedroom unit. I am looking for a lease from now to May/June.

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello! I'm currently looking for a new place for me and my pup, Louie, to live! I'm looking for a place with inexpensive rent (<$600). I currently have a place, but I'm trying to save money, so I'd like to sublet it and move somewhere cheaper. Date is extremely flexible since I'm waiting until I find a place to live before I look for a subletter. I have a full apartment's worth of furniture, so I can furnish the place if you want! About me: I'm a 3rd year computer science graduate student. I'm an extroverted introvert. I'm pretty clean. I'm very chill as a roommate, and I'd prefer someone who is the same. About Louie: He's six years old and hypoallergenic. He usually barks at new people (he has a sad past), but once he gets used to them, he's basically just a really lifelike teddy bear.

I have a property and need a roommate.

This lovely cottage is by our small organic farm; thus we seek tenants who are responsible and mature; trustworthy, very quiet and who appreciate the rural nature of the area. We offer either ‘'extended stay’’ for those in transition who need a place temporarily or long-term tenancy. Our extended stay lease requires a minimum of three months (county regulation). Option to renew at end of tenancy if both parties agree. Our Barnhouse cottage (1100 sf) comes fully furnished and equipped to provide you with a home away from home. The cottage has two bedrooms: upstairs has a queen-sized bed, a large bath, and a great deck to view amazing sunsets. Open kitchen and spacious living and dining area. The large downstairs room has an OUTSIDE entrance only. It has been used as second bedroom, office, exercise room and studio. Central HVAC. WD on premises.
