I have a property and need a roommate.

We will have a room available in our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse starting July 15, 2018. The townhouse is in the Vineyard Square community right off Weaver Dairy Ext. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a 2-minute drive to a bus stop with parking. We're conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown and 2-3 minutes from i-40. We are "young professionals" in our mid-20s and would prefer our new roommate to be a grad student or young professional. We are pretty easy going and enjoy cooking, traveling, going out to eat, Netflix, going to UNC games, hiking, etc. Non-smokers only please. The bedroom available is the one in the attached photos. It has a good-sized walk-in closet (bigger than it looks in the photo) and shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. The room can fit a bookshelf and/or desk, but there is also space downstairs for them. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Rent is $568 for the room and does not include utilities ($100). Let us know if you are interested and we can send more information and pictures! *There is a possibility that one of us will be moving and in that case, there would be 2 bedrooms available.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey, y'all! I am looking for a pet-friendly (I have a cat) female to join my condo in The Oaks Condominiums in Chapel Hill (off of highway 54 and I-40 exit 273). I am a recent college graduate working now full time and would love to share my space with someone! I own a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath, 2 story condo, recently updated, with new hardwood floors, newer appliances, and fully furnished shared lower level. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms with bathroom. Please reach out to me if you or anyone that you know is interested! Available immediately. The rent runs about $600/month with split cost of utilities; cable, internet, and water are included in rent cost.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I just moved and am looking for someone to take over my lease until the end of July with the option of renewing for another year. [Update] My former roommate says that he would prefer a male roommate. The room available is the master bedroom, with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. There is one other person in the house - a 29 year old male professional (he's friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with). The house is walking distance (~10-15 minutes) to Weaver St Market and Harris Teeter. The house has a nice deck out back and a large kitchen. The house also has a third bedroom that is not occupied. It can be used for storage or as an office, etc. - up to you. Rent is $550 per month not including utilities (to be split with the other roommate). The room is available immediately. I've already paid the rent for January, so if you move in now you've got free rent until February!! I know the photos aren't great, but they should at least give you an idea of the place. A deposit of $550 is required at time of move in. Also, the landlord requires a reference from a previous landlord - he will just want to give them a phone call. The landlord is very nice and super attentive. However, nothing has ever needed repair since I've lived there. Oh, and there's also a garden in back ready for spring planting. Please send me a message if you are interested that includes your phone number and a bit about yourself (what you do for work/fun, cleanliness, hours, etc.) and any questions you might have. I would like to get someone moved in asap. No smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed. All the pictured furniture in the living room is staying in the house, but the room is unfurnished. Feel free to contact me at adamgilbertson@yahoo.com

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am moving out of my 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse in Carrboro off highway 54. I am looking for a subletter for two or three months, from February 1st through April 31st. There is a possibility of starting the sublease after February 1st and/or extending the lease in June. I was a grad student at UNC but I recently finished and need to move closer to my work. My roommate is a grad student at UNC and is looking for another graduate student or working professional to fill the room. Rent is $450 and utilities run about $55 a month. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the place.

I have a property and need a roommate.

The apartment is a 2bd/2ba lower-level of a duplex located in downtown Carrboro (200A Broad St., Carrboro, NC 27510) right behind Milltown pub. The rent is $800 (with option to extend after July 31st 2018), and the place is shared with another graduate student. It is managed by Mills Rental management company, and comes with a stacked Washer/dryer, and lots of parking spots (located behind the place). The location is the best for Carrboro and Franklin st (1min walk to bus stops on Main st-- J, CW, F), and 20min walking/10min biking distance to the corner of Manning/S Columbia. Below are images of the common areas, and if you are interested contact me so I can set up a tour before you commit to it (tytamir@email.unc.edu).
